

So for the first of the year I decided to try my hand at the grill for the first time.
It was pretty good, although I would like to find a more natural way to light the grill, and also want to use more natural burning material.
I did cauliflower, zucchini, peppers & onions, portobello mushrooms, and carrot hot dogs.
And for dessert we had red velvet cupcakes (vegan & gluten-free).
