My first attempt at making sushi. This is clearly going to take some practice.
Next time I think I will do sushi rice, I used brown rice because it’s what I had, but I prefer white rice in general and in sushi. Secondly, I’m also going to try to look up some tips to make them a bit more tighter and cleaner.
