Items that are printed including but not limited to digital prints, home goods, clothing, etc. are handled by Printify. Printify offers a free replacement or refund in the case of a manufacturing error or damaged product. You must contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Their full refund policy is here.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, give it a couple of days and check your bank account/credit card.
If you still haven’t received it contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Only regular priced paintings may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not offer exchanges for paintings.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs as shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning a painting please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost paintings or paintings that aren’t received.
