Vegetable Soup With Homemade Gluten Free Croutons, Chili Crisp, & Vegan Parmesan


So today was kind of a continuation of the clean out the refrigerator process I began yesterday. I had a bunch of frozen veggies that I wanted to use up, some frozen gluten-free bread, I needed to re-up on my chili crisp, and I still had leftover vegan parmesan, et voilà dinner.
